What are your favorite foods?
Do you know what is in them?
Ferric orthophosphate....Cholecalciferol... Pyridoxine Hydrochloride...etc... huh?
I've learned pretty quickly just by looking at the ingredients on the labels that food often sounds more like a science experiment than actual real food. I am not a scientist and I do not have the time to go look up the scientific names so if I don't recognize the ingredient I shouldn't be eating it.
Culprit Numero Uno?
High Fructose Corn Syrup. Go ahead do your research learn about what this actually does to your blood sugar levels, go ahead, I will wait...
ugh...no good right? The worst part is it is EVERYWHERE!
I found a great list of products that you can check out too if you are interested in trying to cut HFCS from your diet. I'm going to create my own comprehensive list for future reference once I've tried things and know what I like and what I don't.
